kinfocenter about dialog

Hi guys,

I received a bug report about missing translations in Kinfocenter:

But the kinfocenter.po only has 2 strings (Translators name and e-mail for
About dialog). Digging around Kinfocenter is now only a symbolic link to
systemsettings around 2 years ago - also the last time kinfocenter.pot was
"cleaned":

Doing some simple test (copy systemsettings.po as kinfocenter.po shows the
