String freeze && krita/5.1 is the new stable branch

Hi, all!

I've made a commit with a string-freeze exception. It is a warning telling
the user that texture buffers have been disabled whatever the user setting
are on specific platforms (Windows + Angle rendered). This commit was
needed to fix a speed regression in Krita :(
