Geman localistation

After the last update Dolphin shows an incorrect german word at
detailled view.

The displayed text runs like this:

"file.ext     1,7MiB    04.05.22 unter 17:03"

But it should be:

"file.ext     1,7MiB    04.05.22 um 17:03"

Explanation:

"unter" means (mostly) "under" or "below"

"um" means "at"
