German translation of KDE Eco website

I would be interested in contributing to the German translation of the 
KDE Eco website (https://eco.kde.org):

   https://invent.kde.org/websites/eco-kde-org/

Currently, however, the PO-file is not available:

   https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-support/de/summit/messages/

What is the process for having it available in the above SVN?
