String freeze for GCompris release 2.2

 Hi,

we plan to do a bugfix release for GCompris on February 24th so it would be
great to have the translations ready for February 23rd morning (CET time).
There are only 2 new strings, corresponding to the changelog, to translate (
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/stable-kf5/po/gcompris_qt.po/):
* "Translation updated for Russian"
* "New voices for Norwegian Nynorsk"

A more complete changelog of the version can be found in
https://phabricator.kde.org/T15297 for those interested.
To sum up, a fix of a crash on Balancebox activity on Android, images
reworked for Tangram, Watercycle and Renewable energy , lots of small
issues fixed on the last two activities, new voices for Norwegian Nynorsk
and Russian fully translated.

We also update the website for the news that will be published at same
time: https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/po/gcompris-net.po/ (note
that there is no freeze for it, you can do it whenever you want).
