Please don't translate the new digikam documentation

Hi,

The new documentation has been marked as CC BY SA 4.0 but the content is the
same as the old one, which is GFDL 1.2. So the new license can't just be applied.

So either apply both licenses to your translations, if you owned the rights of
the previous one or get the permissions for the previous translators, or
please don't translate it right now until the licensing issue is clarified
(probably with a relicensing process that should be managed by digikam
developers).
