String freeze exception for Palapeli

Hi,

https://invent.kde.org/games/palapeli/-/merge_requests/11 fixes several
issues when importing files in Palapeli. Part of this is adding an error
message when incorrectly passing commandline arguments. This error
message is translated.

Therefore I'd like to ask for a string freeze exception so that we can
ship the fixes in 22.08.

Since the error message is only shown in rare circumstances having
missing translations for it should have minimal impact.
