String freeze exception for Plasma bugfix

Hi,

https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kscreen/-/merge_requests/122 fixes a crash
in the display KCM. Therefore I'd like to backport it to Plasma 5.25 and
possibly to 5.24 LTS.

However, it introduces a translated string, hence this request for a
string freeze exception. The string is fairly trivial (it's just
"<width>x<height>") and the cases where it would even be visible are
fairly rare, so having it untranslated would have very little impact on
the UX.
