Plasma dates translation

It's not in English, year-month-day format is used in Basque.

I want to modify the format dates are displayed in:


- The date shown in Digital Clock widget
  - Hint shown when hovering over.
  - Click: Date displayed in the Events part of the calendar.


- Date shown in Log-in/Lock screen.



- System Settings > Localization > Formats


- In general al places where dates are displayed with words.
