NeoChat string freeze

Hello everyone,

We (the NeoChat team) are planning to release a new release of NeoChat (1.2)
in the next 10-14 days approximately. We still have a few regressions we would
like to fix before releasing, so maybe a bit later, but we don't plan to add
new features or break strings.

Thanks for translating NeoChat and let us know if you need more time :)
