How may I gain access to l10n SVN repo?

Hi l10n team,

As a fact of lacking translators in Taiwan, plasma and friends are faced
with untranslated strings here and there.

I'd like to improve this situation.

I have a few experiences on transifex, weblate and crowdin, but it looks
like kde is using a pure svn approach on this.

So, I'd like to ask if I can get the commit right to the repos.
