Contributing KDE Tamil translations.

Hi everyone.

I have been working on translating some KDE apps to Tamil (language code 'ta'). Unfortunately, it looks like there has been no one working on this language for many years. [1] is a Google Drive link containing my translation files for kdeconnect-android (.tar.gz file, containing two .po files inside; I assume attachments are not allowed on this mailing list). Could someone with commit access review/commit these files?
