String Freeze Exception for KNewStuff

Hello everybody,

I would like to request a string freeze exception for 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/knewstuff/-/merge_requests/101

This MR does contain a few new strings, but it results in a KNewStuff which 
works on mobile devices. Given the recent release of the Pinephone, i hope it 
is an understandable goal that this should not wait an extra month.
