Since the commit
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/systemsettings/-/commit/4aab8225fb24a4659b9df6b520ae711bb62f5969

systemsettings will always consider English keywords regardless of the user's locale, so you don't need to add extra English keywords to "X-KDE-Keywords
" when translating them.
