Invalidated translations of XML files

Hi,

I have added support for extracting arbitrary tags in XmlMessages.sh. With this new code XML tags are stored in msgctxt entry.

All current translations will now get a context (msgctxt="comment"), so will be marked as fuzzy. It should be trivial to unfuzzy them
and the list of files is relatively small. Most of the files are also small and only have 2 strings (except for ./kcoreaddons/kde5_xml_mimetypes.pot).

For now this is only pushed to trunk. We'll wait for a release free time before pushing this to stable branches.
