Spectacle fix one Text added

Hi,

I am in the process of landing a bugfix for spectacle wayland support.
I wished this had been landed before but codewise it is now ready.

Unfortunately, it also adds a user visible text :

"Full Screen (All Monitors, scaled)"

So I would like to have your blessing to land this.
If it's too late I won't grudge, this will land only on master for 21.04.
