  I'm really sorry for the delay, and thanks for the help!
  
  The scripty code has been fixed to work from an external location and moved to:
  https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/l10n-scripty
  
  The scripts/ directories have been removed from the 4 active branches (trunk-l10n-kf5, branches/stable/l10n-kf5, branches/stable/l10n-kf5-plasma-lts, branches/stable/l10n-kde4) and the new code has been successfully executed from the new location (yesterday there was the first full run without any scripts/ directories around).
