KGeoTag's first release

Dear i18n team,

thanks for all the work that has been already done translating KGeoTag! The
project has now been moved from review to extragear/graphics, and I plan to
tag the first release soonishly (maybe end of January 2021, so there's enough
time left?).

Thus, I would do a string freeze now for KGeoTag.
