Lokalize - Glosary (missing language)

Thank you Albert,

Now this file

kconfigwidgets/l10n._desktop_.pot  < has «Basque», «Occitan» and «Scottish 
Gaelic».

While this change makes into updates, any suggestion on how to make «Basque» 
appear as an option in Lokalize-Glossary?
