Subversion request to German translation

Hello,

I am from Germany and I added myself on identitiy.kde.org because I want to 
submit/fix/create/optimize some i18n strings for Dolphin and KDE in general. 
It seems like my identity account isn't working (or not the same as for svn).

I'm also registered to this mailing list.

How can I get a subversion account for comitting changes?
