T18624: phabricator.kde.org is very slow

  I've taken a look and it appears someone on a Linux system using an older version of Firefox was sending pulses of queries every couple of seconds. If your request landed at the same moment those requests did, then it took a while for the system to get to your request.
  
  I've now blocked those requests.
