The String for "Configure Shortcuts…" contains  a typo:
"Kurzbefehle einrchten …"
when it should be
"Kurzbefehle einrichten …"

Also the po file contains irregularities on how ellipses are handled. "See
3rd-Party Content…" is translated to "Inhalte von Dritten ansehen ..." (note
the individual dots).
