German translation of endof10

Hi,

loisspitz has uploaded it to SVN (see
https://phabricator.kde.org/D30275 ).
Now I can see it here: 
https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-support/de/summit/messages/websites-endof10-org/

But German is still not listed here: 
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/po/endof10-org.po/
And also it's not merged into the endof10 repo here: 
https://invent.kde.org/websites/endof10-org/-/tree/master/po?ref_type=heads

Can someone explain me, what is missing and what we have to do to use 
the translation in the endof10 project?
