TASK DESCRIPTION
  It looks like if websvn (https://websvn.kde.org) is down.
  Opening its page gives following result:
  
  503 Service Unavailable
  No server is available to handle this request.
  
  Is creating this task correct procedure in this case? Or should this be done somewhere else?
