That's because that's the name of the category itself. The kcm_kscreen KCM
would also need "Bildschirm" in its list of keywords for German. I see in
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kscreen/-/blob/master/kcm/kcm_kscreen.json?ref_type=heads
that it does not. In fact, there is no German translations for the keywords at
all. Moving to i18n.
