KDE neon problem of sys updates offline fail

Dear KDE neon,

Please foreward to KDE neon developers these problems.

I direct me to you since I can not reach KDE neon otherwise.
I upgraded KDE neon to the new Ubuntu kernel per Discover and the
latest sys updates fail constantly.
See attached screenshots.
KDE neon seems to upgrade badly to new versions for lots of people and
is way less stable compared to Tuxedo OS. It fails as well many time
to boot correctly, presenting white or black frozen screen, sometimes
upside down log in screen and disproportioned log in screen.
Systemmonitor seems to freeze the OS as well.
If this continues people will switch to other distros.
