[i18n] [Bug 423135] German translation does not distinguish between system boot splash and Plasma Login splash

Both entries are in the "startup and shutdown" section of the system settings.
One is titled "boot splash screen" and the other "splash screen", but the
German translation for both is "Startbildschirm". "Boot splash screen" should
be named something like "Systemstarbildschirm" and "splash screen" should be
named "Plasma Startbildschirm" or something like it ("Plasma Startanimation",
"KDE Startbildschirm", or something similar).
