It should be something like

"Um fortzufahren, müssen Sie sich mit Ihrem bugs.kde.org Zugang anmelden."

or

"Um fortzufahren, müssen Sie sich mit Ihrem Zugang für bugs.kde.org anmelden."

or something else entirely.
