Ich weiß zwar nicht, ob ich als Entwickler Schreibzugriff zu den 
entsprechenden Repositories habe, aber der übliche Weg für Übersetzungen ist 
soweit ich weiß kde-i18n-de at kde.org...

Sorry, I have no idea either. Currently I'm only a KPA user, not a
developer.
