"Caps Lock" is translated in two different ways: "Feststelltaste" and
"Hochstelltaste".

This can be observed best in the "Advanced" tab in the keyboard input settings:
all options call it "Feststelltaste" there, except in "Position of the Compose
key" where it is called "Hochstelltaste".

I think that the translation should be consistent.

Also, "Hochstelltaste" actually seems to refer to the Shift key rather than
Caps Lock.
If you search for "Hochstelltaste" on Wikipedia, you get redirected to the
entry about Shift, whereas the entry for Caps Lock refers to "Feststelltaste"
as german term:

A grep on my system found those localization files that contain
"Hochstelltaste" as translation for Caps Lock:
