To me it is not clear what that line should tell me. I see two interpretations:
1) to clarify that the information is permanently stored somewhere else.
2) to notify that I have to edit the displayed information elsewhere

In both cases I would not use the words "to find/finden" at all. The text is
not the result of a search operation.

Suggestion:

1) Your identity is stored in the address books / Ihre Identität ist in den
Addressbüchern gespeichert
2) You can change the identity in the address books / Sie können Ihre Identität
in den Addressbüchern ändern

You could also combine both interpretations :)
