reg. 1): there is kind of confusion, in the Ubuntu German Translators Group
where it belongs to. This is why I reported this in both bug trackers (here and
Launchpad). If it belongs to
http://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-dev/software-properties/main then never
mind :-)
