                    not complete
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux

Hi,

in Kubuntu 12.04 and in the Alpha of Kubuntu 12.10, the packages
software-properties-kde and policykit1-kde have uncomplete translations.

software-properties-kde is the dialogue, in which the user can set options on
updating the system, automatic updates and release upgrades. See screenshot
(URL links to a pic where the issue is shown).

policykit1-kde is the dialogue which appears, when you want to install a
package via Muon. Everything is in german, except the header in the window
decoration (shows "install or remove packages" instead of "Pakete installieren
oder entfernen") and in the window itself, the header is also in english (shows
"install or remove packages" instead of "Pakete installieren oder entfernen").

I also would like to help out on this, as I am in the Ubuntu German Translation
Team, but because Kubuntu is now not officially supported anymore, the
Kubuntu-packages are shifted from "Main" to "Universe" and with that we can not
access them anymore for translation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open settings in Muon package manager
2. click on tab "Aktualisierungen"
3. see the english/german mix
Actual Results:
mix between english and german, as described above

Expected Results:
everything should be in german, when using a german system

affects Kubuntu 12.04 and according to complaints also 12.10
