[Bug 304320] german translation of %OADDRESSEESADDR is wrong

The missing context could explain the wrong translation. But the translation
Mara uses should be fixed already (see the attached .mo file - you can convert
it to a po file again by using "msgunfmt libtemplateparser.mo >
libtemplateparser.po" (of course it misses some information compared to the
original .po file)).

In this version "To:" is already translated as "An:". The question (at least as
I see it, but I might be wrong of course) is why doesn't kmail (or
libtemplateparser) utilize them? (Might be a non translation problem again or
just some random weirdness that appears in computing from time to time)
