To be honest, I've run out of ideas (but then again, I'm not a KDEPIM dev, just
a translator). Since the debug packages are not necessary to run KDEPIM you can
try uninstalling it and see if it works (you should at least log out and log in
afterward to force a reload of the libraries).

You could also try to use rpm --verify to check the integrity of the packages
(I'd check at least kdepim4, don't think there could be anything wrong with the
language pack)
