There is good news and bad news:
Good news: It should be translated already. The template engine get's utilized

The bad news is that it doesn't explain why it doesn't work for you. Could you
upload the file /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/libtemplateparser.mo so we can
check whether your file is translated correctly.
