Sorry, I just noticed something else: Why is "To:" even in %OADDREESADDR ["all
original recipients"]?

Everything else (Subject, Date, From) is written in the template, only To is
inside the variable itself. I don't know if this is the intended design (maybe
it is for evaluation of possible plural forms). But %OTOADDR ["original
recipient"] doesn't show this behavior (probably because it is always
singular), but I don't know.
