That is true, I sincerely thought that we did ship kde-qt tarballs together
with KDE releases, but it seems we never did.

So you are right that the patch was flawed in assuming that a Qt with the patch
would be used along with our translations built against the patched Qt. 

I am sorry about that.

Good stuff that we decided to drop kde-qt patches and now with Qt-project.org
merging our patches upstream should be hopefully (let's dream) easier.
