Weird. I'm using qt from the 4.7 git branch, KDE from trunk/master. I checked
out l10n-kde4/{de,x-test}/messages/kdeutils.

If I run `KDE_LANG=de kcalc', pressing "2" works like pressing the "Shift"
toggle button, whereas pressing "Ctrl+2" does nothing. Doing the same with
KDE_LANG=x-test does nothing in both cases.

kcalc$ locale
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=
kcalc$

Should these shortcuts be made untranslatable anyway?
