Those are in:
/usr/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/ark_addtoservicemenu.desktop
Btw. I do not know whether openSUSE is easier to handle - it is the
distribution which fits my demands best.
I use it because they have Open Build Service (OBS) where I maintain upstream
development graphics drivers in my home: project.
There are also projects for stable (branches) and unstable (trunk) KDE which I
use to find errors in early development process and report them here.
But I would never ever use *buntu with KDE since translations there is a
homemade mess - they are to silly to create their packages directly from our
tarballs but put them in their silly infrastructure and destroy our good
upstream work ...
(see for example [I assume it is still valid]):
http://lists.kde.org/?t=125754546100001&r=1&w=2)
I am marking it now as "RESOLVED" as "UPSTREAM".
If you have further questions you can reach me via email ( also in German :-) )
