I went to /usr/share/kde4/apps/solid/actions/ and did the translations by
myself.
There was no "Name[de]=" on it. It helped in one case but not in all. But I
think I have to restart the machine ....
In dolphin the context-menues for k3b, gweview and ark are all in english
