"Enable networking" in extragear-base/ is fully translated to german for
plasma_applet_networkmanagement and knetworkmanager.

Do you use the applet or knetworkmanager?

The "Other" page in knetworkmanager settings dialog is translated using
trunk/branch 4.6 compiled from sources, so this is a SuSe issue.
