Neue Projekte in Lokalize anlegen

Moin,

könnte ihr in Lokalize (4.3.0) neue Projekte anlegen? Wenn ich auf
meinem Gentoo-System auf "Projekt -> Neues Projekt erstellen" klicke,
passiert nichts. In der Konsole erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung:
