Woher hast du die Information?
Vor ein paar Tagen auf kde-i18-doc:
"I'll fix it after 4.1.0 release for 4.1.1 if noone disagrees that is a
critcal enough thing that must be fixed for the stable release even if it
introduces two fuzzies."

Hört sich nach normalem Prozedere an.
