You can find them in the following way:

- select some files in KSquirrel's file browser
- press Ctrl+K (or right click->File actions->Convert). "Convert" dialog will appear.
- Press "configure" button in the right top corner. Configuration dialog will appear. Here are those strings :)

It means "where to store (save) result files after converting them from one image format to another"
