translation help

Hi Dmitry,

i can't compile KSquirerrel. It says
configure: error: "Header file konq_operations.h is missing. Please 
install kdebase-devel package."

This package ist installed, but the missing file is not included in this 
package in Kubuntu. Could be in another package?
