chiasmus Kapitel in der KMail Dokumentation

Hallo liebe Leute,

ich habe gerade ein neues Kapitel fuer das KMail Handbuch committed. Es stammt 
aus dem proko2 branch, wo wir auch eine deutsche Uebersetzung gemacht haben. 
Anbei findet ihr das .po file, ich hoffe das spart euch ein bischen Arbeit.
