Umbrello now in kdesdk

I've recently added Umbrello UML Modeller to kdesdk, it was previously
hosted at Sourceforge.

Sebastian Stein did the de translation.
Zoltan Bartko did the sk translation.

The file are at

(I've also e-mailed Steven Kulow about this but havn't got a reply yet.)
