Can we delete Kommit Handbook template POT?

We have a stub template for Kommit Handbook [1] that it's untranslatable 
in its current state. Some days ago, we deleted docbook.index from git 
(main and 1.6 branches). But Kommit doc template is still alive, and 
some teams are wasting their time translating it.

How can we kill this POT template in trunk?
