Hi,
I want to do the following changes to the release schedule:

- August 4: deep freeze
- August 10: tag a third beta (1.2.92) and release it
- August 28: last day for documentation changes

- August 31: tag and release first release candidate

- September 7: last day for icons, translations and critical fixes
- September 8: tag final version, creation of binary packages, testing
- September 14: update web pages
- September 15: officially announce KOffice 1.3

The main reasons are:
- high number of bugs that are still present
- the KDE developers' conference in Nové Hrady during which we expect to fix
many of those bugs

This basically means the final version will be delayed by no more than two
weeks, allowing us to concentrate on fixing bugs; translators to finish their
translations and not to do a release candidate when we feel it's not ready
yet.

I hope you agree with those reasons (comments are of course welcome)
